This registration session will allow you to:

• Add your player's 2024-2025 USA Hockey Confirmation #
• Complete contact information
• Sign up for participation, and
• E-sign all necessary waivers, consents, and required forms

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

Each player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2024-2025 Season.  Each year your player will need to register for a new USA Hockey number for the current year, do not enter a prior year's USA Hockey number.
 

• Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number. [See below step by step guide for further assistance.]
• Step 2:  Return to this registration after you have received the confirmation code(s) from Step 1 and proceed. At the start of this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code for your player that you received in Step 1.  REMEMBER: You will need to be logged into SportsEngine in order to proceed with the registration process!
